Woods Plumbing never disappoints. Wylie and another gentleman, came out and diagnosed the issue, small hole in hot water heater was limiting hot water availability. Before he left, he verified they had one in their supply and I would receive a call to schedule. Within minutes, I received the call to schedule. Donnie and Jailin came to install and were so polite and efficient, it was done in less time than I anticipated. They cleaned everything up and left no trace they were ever here! They both gave me a handshake and thanked me for my business and left an extremely satisfied customer, as usual, as I’ve used them many times in the past and there’s no variation in their stellar customer service! I woke up to water in my kitchen, laundry room and downstairs bathroom at 2:30am. My husband called Woods and Mr.Wood came out and was just as nice and polite at 4am to fix our leak, even the lady who answered the phone to dispatch was so nice and friendly. I was very satisfied with Woods Plumbing, particularly Kaleb and Chase who came out and unclogged my sink. They were friendly and professional. They communicated as to what they would be doing and why, and Kaleb gave good advice on how to prevent future clogs. Kaleb and Chase were prompt in cleaning up after themselves as it was a messy job.
